From a loose door handle, to a boiler replacement, we can offer management of all of these services completely hassle free through our local property maintenance partner. We have arrangements in place to visit at awkward times to minimize disruption to our clients, their guests, and profitability. If any day-to-day maintenance is needed, we can deal with this on your behalf, it’s a completely hassle-free experience.

24/7 Guest Support

Have the peace of mind that every is stay in your property goes smoothly.  We will handle all guest communications and enquires on your behalf.

Guests will also have 24/7 access to a local contact to help and support them promptly and professionally with any issues which may arise.

Our Management Fee

​

Our fee is from 18% to 21% of your monthly booking income.  This is taken off you AIR BNB Income and you will be provided with a full statement monthly, when income is transferred to your account.  We charge your guests a cleaning fee.  We can either invoice you for the bespoke services you choose each month or we could handle evertyhing on your behalf and just transfer you the monthly income.
