A note from our Director

​

I formed ‘Prepared 4 Air’ because I was a property owner just like you.  I wanted to make the most of my property (which was my home) when I was away on business, to help pay my mortgage.  I had no ability to hand over keys when I was away.  It was to much to always rely on a friend and just like you, I was worried about leaving my home with strangers and the state I might find it in when I returned.  I was lucky to find a great Housekeeper called Louise.  I wondered if there were other people out there that could benefit from her tenacious attitude to making my flat look great.

  

After searching there was no one that I trusted in the area of Hampshire, so  I formed ‘Prepared 4 Air’ in 2019 to help not only myself but friends, who also used Airbnb so that we could provide each other with that piece on mind we wanted.

Since our formation our property portfolio has grown from strength to strength. I like to think it’s because of our personalised professional and friendly approach and we recently welcomed Matthew Simmonds to the team who covers the North Hampshire Area.

I believe ‘Prepared 4 Air’ offers a personal approach which tailors our services to suit your particular and precise requirements. With the flexibility to change as your situation changes.
